Lost Tracks nominated for four awards at Spilprisen 2017

The poetic mobile game is one of last year's graduation projects.

Spilprisen 2017 has just announced this year's nominations, and we're extremely pleased to announce that Lost Tracks is featured in four out of nine categories!

Nominations:
Best Showcase
This award goes to a non-commercial game developed by either a group or an individual. The games in this category are student games, demos, prototypes or games developed during Game Jams. The winner of “Showcase” is a game, that showcases the most talent, the coolest creativity and the best playable presentation of skill and craftmanship.
And the nominees are:

  • Lost Tracks, The Animation Workshop
  • Picoban, Jesper Brun Halfter

Best Visual design
The award for Best Visuals goes to the most coherent, expressive and all out best visual design in a Danish game. The award can be won by either teams or individuals.
The nominees in this category are:
  • Bombshell, Interceptor Entertainment
  • Hitman, IO Interactive
  • Inside, Playdead
  • Lost Tracks, The Animation Workshop
  • Stikbold! A Dodgeball Adventure, Game Swing

Best sound design
The award for Best Sound goes to the most coherent, expressive and all out best audio design and music in a Danish game from the past year. The award can be won by either teams or individuals.
In this category the nominees are:
  • Hitman, IO Interactive
  • Inside, Playdead
  • Lost tracks, The Animation Workshop
  • Tales from the void, Portaplay
  • THOTH, Carlsen Games

Artistic Achievement
The award for Artistic Achievement is presented to the one Danish game, which showed the most artistic guts in showcasing games as an expressive artform in the past year.
