And & Kat is a children’s film about the hungry friends Duck and Cat who discover a single apple hanging from a tree. Duck thinks up a plan to retrieve the tasty red apple, but Cat has other plans. The film is a fun narrative about friendship and the importance of sharing. And & Kat is a short film developed by Poul Riishede in his spare time, but Claus Toksvig assisted in the development of the storyline and the storyboard.
The artist, Poul Riishede, has been employed at A Film since 2005 as a character animator and CG artist. He has also worked at Duckling, ITE, CGI, TV2/Denmark and Wessing Film & TV.
