Admissions Checklist

MANDATORY FOR ALL APPLICANTS


1. Qualifying exam certificates.
Your entry qualification is always your high school or upper secondary education. If you took other higher education, this is stated and listed in a separate section.

If you only earn your entry qualification diploma in the summer of 2018, state “2018” as year of qualifying exam, and upload the diploma when you have received it.

2. Your portfolio (one PDF file, max 100 MB). For GS 2019, info will follow.
  • The portfolio must clearly state the study programme you apply for: Computer Graphic Arts, Character Animation or Graphic Storytelling,
  • The portfolio must clearly state the your full name and contact information
  • The portfolio must contain your Letter of intention
  • The portfolio must contain a declaration of original work (a signed statement to confirm that your portfolio only contains original artwork by yourself)

WE WILL DISREGARD ALL APPLICATION NOT CONTAINING A COMPLETE PORTFOLIO, ORGANISED BY THE CRITIERIA DESCRIBED HERE:

3. English language exam certificates (does not apply for native speakers)

4. Receipt for payment of application fee (the fee will be reimbursed if you are admitted). Read more about the fee here.
5. e permit, if you already have one.

6. Other relevant documentation (school certificates, transcripts from higher education etc.)

WHEN YOU UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS, MAKE SURE THE BOX IS TICKED FOR EACH SINGLE ATTACHMENT – OTHERWISE, WE CAN’T SEE THEM.
